RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Creative Operations Coordinator in Spring, TX.
Role Overview:
In this role, you will support the organization, maintenance, and delivery of creative assets across the team. This role is primarily focused on asset management and administrative support, with PowerPoint and graphic production as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Upload, tag, organize, and maintain assets in our internal asset management system
* Maintain accurate naming, metadata, descriptions, and current versions of assets
* Manage graphics and quick-reference guides, including routine updates, formatting, versioning, and distribution
* Update existing PowerPoint presentations, sales materials, one-pagers, and other collateral
* Support PowerPoint production, including formatting, image placement, copy updates, and template application
* Resize, reformat, and prepare existing assets for various uses
* Organize source files, templates, imagery, and final deliverables
* Identify outdated assets and coordinate updates or archiving
* Perform quality control and brand-compliance checks
* Support project tracking, documentation, and other creative administrative needs
REQUIREMENTS:
* Basic understanding of graphic design and visual layout
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and ability to manage multiple requests
* Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Acrobat
* Comfortable working within established templates and brand guidelines
* Experience with digital asset management or content libraries preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
