Job description

Our teams work collaboratively across operations, technology, risk, finance, marketing, and sales to deliver solutions that create measurable value and support the continued growth of APCO and the partners we serve.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing operations, event coordination, project management, and internal communications initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with multiple members of the Marketing team to help keep projects organized, campaigns moving, and events running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Marketing Operations & Project Support

  • Support day-to-day marketing operations and project coordination across multiple initiatives
  • Assist with marketing project management, timelines, and workflow tracking
  • Coordinate vendor documentation, invoices, expense tracking, and budget support
  • Maintain marketing documentation, process guides, and internal resources

Event & Production Coordination

  • Support conference, meeting, and event logistics in partnership with the Events team
  • Coordinate event materials, promotional items, shipping, and inventory management
  • Assist with registration, scheduling, booth coordination, and onsite event support as needed
  • Support campaign fulfillment and print production processes with vendors and internal teams

Communications & Team Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal marketing requests and questions
  • Monitor marketing inboxes and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Support internal and external communications, including email proofing and routing approvals
  • Assist with Town Hall scheduling and coordination efforts

Systems & Administrative Support

  • Support APCO's company store administration, including product setup and order management
  • Coordinate marketing equipment and systems setup for new hires
  • Assist with process improvements and special projects as needed

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or communications environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting events, conferences, or marketing campaigns
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or similar platforms
  • Experience with event management platforms such as CVENT
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing systems
  • Experience working with vendors, production, or fulfillment coordination
