Through automation, analytics, and AI, Northspyre gives teams the real-time information, performance insights, and workflow tools they need to do their job with unparalleled speed and intelligence. The ideal candidate is proactive, outgoing, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys bringing people together. This is an individual-contributor role — you'll own this function end-to-end rather than manage a team.

ResponsibilitiesWorkplace Experience & Community

  • Create a welcoming, energetic, and hospitality-driven environment.
  • Prepare or coordinate breakfast, snacks, beverages, team meals, and other office amenities.

  • Manage food, beverage, kitchen, and office-supply inventory.
  • Coordinate deliveries, repairs, vendors, building access, and communication with the property manager.
  • Identify and resolve workplace issues before they disrupt the team.
  • Support meetings, company gatherings, and occasional special projects.
People Operations
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Ensure new hires have equipment, documentation, onboarding plans, and system access before their first day.
  • Maintain employee information in Rippling and Justworks.
  • Process promotions, compensation changes, transfers, commission updates, PIPs, and policy acknowledgements.
  • Manage I-9, E-Verify, DocuSign, and routine onboarding compliance.
  • Respond to employee questions and provide orientation on company systems.
  • Build and maintain onboarding plans in ClickUp.
Systems & Equipment
  • Provision and remove software access.
  • Track permissions, equipment, and licenses.
  • Coordinate laptop setup, shipping, retrieval, and basic troubleshooting.
Operational Support
  • Provide backup executive and administrative support when needed.
  • Assist teammates with urgent operational needs, coordination, and follow-up.
  • Take ownership of occasional cross-functional and special projects.
Ideal Candidate
  • Warm and outgoing with a natural ability to bring people together.
  • Genuinely energized by creating memorable employee experiences.
  • Hospitality-minded and attentive to the small details that make people feel welcome.
  • Highly organized, proactive, dependable, and responsive.
  • Creative about activities, traditions, and thoughtful touches that make office life more engaging.
  • Comfortable balancing sensitive HR responsibilities with hands-on office tasks.
  • Strong at communicating, following through, and solving problems independently.
  • Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information.
  • Willing to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed.
  • Experienced in people operations, office management, hospitality, recruiting coordination, community management, or a similar role.
