We are a leading eco-friendly household essentials business and we donate 50% of our profits to help everyone gain access to clean water and a toilet. As of June 2026, we've contributed over $20 million AUD to this mission. Basically, we're really good at making it easy to do good.

We operate scaling businesses the UK, US, Australia and Canada. Our amazing team is based in Australia, the UK, the Philippines, China, and the US. Our 250+ people aim to make the biggest possible impact for people and the planet. Over the next 5-10 years, we're hoping to increase our annual donation tenfold to get us closer to our dream of everyone in the world having access to clean water and sanitation services.

A bit about the role

The Performance Creative Lead, US role exists to ignite customer growth across the United States. You will build and lead a high-impact, US-based performance creative team focused on translating sharp business objectives into compelling, localised paid social assets that drive new customer acquisition.

Key focus areas include
  • Strategy & Goal Setting: Leading the development of the team's creative strategy, ensuring alignment with US new customer acquisition goals.
  • Creative Execution: Translating complex business and marketing objectives into executable creative strategies , and leading the development of compelling, localised short-form video and static assets for Meta (and other channels over time).
  • Testing & Data: Establishing and maintaining a rapid testing cadence , applying deep expertise in paid social creative trends and performance marketing to inform the team's strategic direction. You will be the team expert in using performance marketing metrics (like CTR, LTV, CAC, ROAS) to directly guide creative decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Inspiring, mentoring, and managing the creative team toward performance-driven outputs and fostering a culture of radical candor, continuous feedback, and rapid experimentation.

  • Co-leading the regional learning plan for creative testing, identifying the sharpest hypotheses to test and evolving our understanding of high-performing assets.
  • Developing and owning the creative production roadmap and resource planning for key paid social initiatives.
  • Collaborating closely with Growth and Paid Media teams (local and global) to ensure the creative strategy is tightly integrated and executed with excellence.
  • Managing competing priorities for yourself and the team, balancing the need for rapid output with the quality required for high-impact creative.
  • Taking ownership of the performance creative team's deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
