The Creative Lead is the senior creative and operational leader for Citizens' in-house agency, Greenhouse. This role sets creative vision, safeguards the brand, and ensures delivery of high-quality work at speed and scale. The Creative Lead blends creative excellence with operational discipline, positioning Greenhouse as a modern, high-performing in-house agency and a destination for top creative talent.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership
- Lead creative vision and standards across all in-house agency work, ensuring work is on-brand, on-brief, and effective.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary creative team across the full marketing funnel.
- Establish clear creative review processes that balance quality, speed, and consistency.
Operational Excellence
- Build and optimize workflows, operating models, and processes to drive efficiency, clarity, and scalability.
- Oversee intake, prioritization, resourcing, and timelines to ensure reliable delivery.
- Partner closely with production to ensure strong financial stewardship and disciplined execution.
Production & Delivery Oversight
- Ensure creative ideas are executed flawlessly, on time, and within budget.

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $175,000-$200,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
