Why We're Hiring

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Content and Creative Operations Intern to join our content department and work at the intersection of Complex's commerce, editorial, and brand partnerships teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the behind-the-scenes operations of a content team, with a focus on data analysis, content strategy, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a keen interest in content creation, strategy, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do
  • Deck Creation: Assist in the development of visually compelling and informative presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the editorial team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining content and creative AirTable bases, and organizing files and resources.
  • Project Coordination: Help manage the workflow of content projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and audience insights to support content planning and decision-making.
