Candidates must show project work related to civic, community. education and or Institutional work. Multi Family work alone will not qualify.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Partner with senior architects to craft bold, innovative, and inspiring conceptual designs.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of designers, technologists, and consultants to solve complex architectural challenges.
  • Develop precise technical drawings and construction documents that bring creative visions to reality.
  • Present your designs to clients with confidence and creativity, making a lasting impression.
  • Foster seamless communication between project teams to ensure fluid coordination and execution.
  • Engage in collaborative brainstorming sessions, pushing boundaries and exploring fresh design solutions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, codes, and best practices to elevate your work.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A degree in architecture from a Canadian university, with 3-7 years of experience in a professional setting as an Intern Architect, Designer, or similar
  • Eligible for registration as an Intern Architect or Architect with OAA.
  • A keen eye for design, with a portfolio that highlights innovative, modern, and sustainable solutions.
  • You will possess a strong portfolio with some Public project experience
  • Strong technical skills including with Revit, and a solid understanding of Canadian building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for pushing the boundaries of architectural design.
