Job description

Our Financial Services client is looking for a Creative Ops Manager to join their team. This will be a contract to fulltime role, starting off as a 6 month engagement and then converting to FTE.


This role is 4x per week onsite in Downtown Toronto (Mon-Thurs onsite and Remote Fridays).

The rate range is $50-60 per hour, T4.

This is fulltime hours, 9-5 per week.


What you will do:

  • You'll be responsible for building processes, systems and workflows that support the Creative, Social and Content teams.
  • You will lead the adoption and evolution (implementation) of Adobe Workfront.
  • Build and maintain intake processes, templates and project structures that improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Configure intake forms, workflows, templates, dashboards, automations and reporting structures that support business needs.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and opportunities to improve how work is planned, prioritized and delivered.
  • Support capacity planning and workload management across all the teams.
  • Partner with team leads to prioritize work- to deliver on time.
  • Manage working files, creative assets and documentation across SharePoint, AEM and other platforms.
  • Support vendor onboarding, contracting and ongoing relationship management.
  • Manage relationships with stock imagery and creative production partners.
  • Support activities with agency partners.


What is needed:

  • 5+ years of experience in creative ops, marketing ops, workflow management, traffic management or project management.
  • Experience supporting in-house creative or marketing agency teams.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront.
  • Experience leading or supporting the implementation of enterprise workflow and PM platforms.
  • Experience with resource management and delivery operations.
  • Familiarity with DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems and libraries.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools.
  • Experience managing vendors, contracts, subscriptions etc.
