You’ll often be the first point of contact for new opportunities, helping shape scopes, guide clients through the decision-making process, and bring a strong production perspective to early conversations. Once a project kicks off, you’ll remain closely involved as the main point of contact, partnering with our Director of Production and internal creative leads to keep work moving smoothly and clients confident.

We’re looking for someone who can scope creatively, think critically about how work gets made, and lead clients through the full lifecycle of a project with clarity and good judgment.

You understand how ideas move from concept to execution. You know how to evaluate tradeoffs across speed, cost, craft, partners, formats, and outputs. You’re organized, personable, and able to manage multiple stakeholders while protecting both the client experience and the integrity of the work. This is a remote role.

What You’ll DoNew Business & Scoping
  • Serve as the first point of contact for new leads, guiding prospects from inquiry through close

  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals, timeline, budget, and creative needs

  • Scope projects with a strong production lens, balancing ambition with feasibility across budget, timing, resourcing, and output

  • Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and pricing in collaboration with leadership and internal creative leads

Client Leadership & Project Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients from kickoff through final delivery

  • Lead projects end-to-end, keeping timelines, deliverables, communication, and next steps on track

  • Partner closely with the Director of Production and creative team to align on staffing, priorities, and execution

  • Identify risks, efficiencies, and executional opportunities early

  • Manage client expectations, project changes, and multiple stakeholders with clarity and confidence

Process & Account Growth
  • Build strong client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals

  • Maintain accurate project and pipeline records across Airtable and related systems

  • Help improve internal processes across intake, scoping, and project management

What We’re Looking For
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in creative production, account management, project management, or client services, ideally within an agency, production company, or creative studio

  • Strong background in film, video, content production, or campaign execution

  • Ability to scope creatively and think strategically about how work gets made

  • Strong judgment around production tradeoffs across budget, timeline, creative ambition, and execution

  • Confident client-facing presence, able to build trust and lead conversations with clarity

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to keep multiple projects and stakeholders moving at once

  • Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing

  • Highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through

Why Join Nen

  • Work directly with the partners and production leadership, gaining exposure to both creative and business operations
