A rapidly growing consumer packaged goods company in the confectionery/snacks industry is seeking a strategic and hands-on Brand Manager to lead key brands within its portfolio. This role will report to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for driving brand growth, shaping strategy, and executing impactful marketing plans across channels. Role & Responsibilities Lead and execute annual brand and business plans, ensuring efficient and effective use of marketing and trade resources to achieve growth targets. Contribute to creating and refining the long-term brand vision, positioning, and strategy for assigned brands, including innovation and communication roadmaps. Manage key agency relationships (creative, media, PR, social, influencer) and oversee integrated marketing strategy and execution across all channels. Partner with the Director of Marketing to drive the business toward revenue, profit, and market share objectives, using data and insights to inform decisions. Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Finance, Operations, Insights) to commercialize new products from concept to launch. Collaborate with headquarters and field sales teams to develop and implement customer and shopper marketing programs that support retail activation and distribution growth. Monitor and analyze business performance using syndicated data and internal reporting; identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend action plans to optimize results. Support development of consumer insights and brand health tracking to guide messaging, creative development, and product innovation. Oversee packaging design updates and line extensions to maintain brand consistency and shelf impact. Manage brand budgets, track spending, and ensure strong ROI on all marketing initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus. 3–6 years of progressive brand management or consumer marketing experience, preferably in CPG, confectionery, snacks, or a related category. Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and working with external agencies. Strong analytical skills with experience using syndicated data (e.g., Circana/IRI, Nielsen) and internal dashboards to drive decisions. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
