Job description

Company Description
On the day Fallon opened its doors without a single client, it did so under the headline, "A new advertising agency for companies that would rather outsmart the competition than outspend them."
More than 40 years later, and this mantra is unwavering. We are a creatively-led agency who pinned our public reputation on our commitment to smarts.
Smart brands create something of value in the world: entertainment value, social value, and belief value. Smart brands are additive to peoples' lives and to culture. They help build ideas in the world, and they leave something behind.

They are a creative who can craft a presentation and story to sell their own ideas, and present those ideas effectively. They can operate with little oversight and oversee teams for projects or small brands. This position will also maintain senior-level client contact and relationships and mentor internally. This role is often a pathway to a Creative Director position.
We are seeking candidates who have a passion for social and for bringing Fallon's history of creative excellence into 21st-Century platforms.
This role will have the opportunity to create internet-breaking work.
The best portfolios will show a range of award-winning social-first projects, from content to campaigns to reactive moments to activations. Of course, we love candidates who have had viral moments on their own personal platforms as well.
