Fans can look forward to signature menu offerings, convenient grab & go locations, and elevated hospitality in premium clubs.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Administrative & Creative Support Coordinator to provide direct support to the Division President and Regional Directors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering polished, highquality work. You will play a key role in supporting operations during Texas A&M home football games and major events, while also serving as a strategic partner in preparing presentations and coordinating travel logistics.

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and creative support to the Division President and Regional Director(s).

  • Serve as a strategic partner by owning the process of building presentation decks in Canva for sector, regional, and divisional calls.

  • Maintain a working understanding of hospitality and food service operations to support communication and decisionmaking.

  • Manage complex travel arrangements-including airfare, hotel, and rental car bookings-for up to 80 visiting managers attending Texas A&M football games.

  • Create and distribute welcome gift bags for support managers and act as the primary point of contact for travelrelated issues.

  • Support the HR checkin function during all Texas A&M home football games and thirdparty events.

  • Communicate confidently and professionally with senior executives and all levels of management across the company.

  • Attend meetings both in person and virtually, taking accurate, detailed notes and providing clear summaries with action items when required.

  • Exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Exceptionally organized, with strong timemanagement abilities and a consistent record of meeting deadlines

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fastpaced, and constantly shifting environment where priorities may change frequently

Summary:   Provide support in a multitude of way to a Company executive in order to enhance the Company's effectiveness and best service Company clients and employees. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
  • Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Attend meetings in the executive's absence and delivering and receiving messages on executive's behalf.
  • Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.
  • Secures information by completing data base backups.
  • Maintains and verifies office supplies inventory.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
