Job Summary:
On is seeking an enthusiastic ERP Systems Administrator to join their D365 Operations team. The role involves providing support for core business systems, primarily focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365, and collaborating with technical stakeholders to resolve system issues and improve processes.
Responsibilities:
• Provide effective 1st and 2nd level support for our core business systems, with a focus on our ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and its connections to our retail and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Investigate system issues, find creative solutions, and learn to escalate more complex problems to our senior colleagues.
• Collaborate with other technical stakeholders (sys admins, power users and developers) to investigate the root cause of recurring problems, contributing to the design and implementation of robust, long-term solutions.
• Assist with managing ERP support tickets, ensuring that issues are tracked and resolved efficiently.
• Support the team on exciting IT projects, giving you a great opportunity to learn about project management.
• Help with day-to-day system administration tasks, including managing user access and permissions across our tools.
• Contribute to our knowledge base by documenting system procedures and solutions.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide critical after-hours support and ensure system stability.
Qualifications:
Required:
• A degree in computer science, information systems, or a related engineering field.
• Around 3-4 years of experience in an IT support or junior systems administrator role.
• You have a foundational understanding of business operations.
• Experience with retail systems, Point-of-Sale (POS) and ERP systems is a big plus (Microsoft D365FO is required, but experience with others is valuable too).
• You collaborate effectively, with a passion for providing great service and a keen eye for detail.
