The Role

We are looking for an Account Director to lead our client teams in developing and executing high-impact communications strategies for hospitality, restaurant, and lifestyle accounts. As the day-to-day client lead, you will provide senior counsel, oversee campaign planning, and drive creative concepts that deliver measurable results. You will guide both clients and team members, ensuring every project aligns with Becca and Co’s standards for excellence and innovation. This role calls for a visionary strategist who can see the bigger picture, inspire others, and foster long-term relationships with clients, media, and industry partners.

Client & Media Relations
  • Serve as the account and client lead, providing high-level strategy and counsel.
  • Create and execute PR and marketing plans that integrate experiences, creative, and communications.
  • Lead client meetings, drive brainstorming sessions, and bring creative concepts to the team and clients.
  • Pitch and secure high-level media placements on a consistent basis.
  • Develop thoughtful pitches and review all team writing materials.
Leadership & Team Management
  • Manage Account Executives and Senior Account Executives, overseeing their workload and professional growth.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to team members on account workflow and client issues.
  • Finalize and approve all internal and external documents, including press materials, agendas, and media lists.
  • Manage budgets related to client work.
Events & Agency Contribution
  • Develop and oversee Becca and Co-owned events and activations.
  • Provide counsel on invite list curation and oversee all aspects of event execution.
  • Participate in new business meetings and draft new business proposals.
  • Maintain and develop strategic relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Represent Becca and Co at industry events and happenings.
Requirements
  • 6-8+ years of experience in public relations/marketing, with a focus on hospitality or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of leading client accounts and managing teams in an agency setting.
  • Strong strategic thinking and experience developing and executing integrated campaigns.
  • Established high-level media relationships and a passion for creative storytelling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
