Job description

Creatio is a global vendor of an agentic CRM & workflow platform with no-code and AI at its core. We help organizations automate customer and operational workflows achieving the fastest time-to-value and the highest ROI on the market. Millions of workflows run on Creatio daily, supporting thousands of clients in over 100 countries. Genuine care for our clients and partners is at the heart of our DNA. We're proud to be recognized by top industry analysts as a Leader and Strong Performer in multiple Gartner and Forrester reports. In 2025, Creatio was named to Inc.'s Best Workplaces list, recognizing our commitment to employee wellbeing and a strong workplace culture.
Who We're Looking For:
Creatio is seeking a Regional Sales Excellence & Enablement professional to strengthen field execution, sales readiness, and AI-driven selling across the regional GTM organization. This role will partner closely with Sales Excellence, regional sales leadership, solution consulting, product marketing, and partner teams to enable sellers to execute with discipline, confidence, consistency, and measurable business impact.
Our field must be able to clearly articulate how Creatio helps organizations build applications, deploy AI agents, automate customer and operational workflows, increase productivity, accelerate time-to-value, and drive strong ROI. This role is critical to ensuring the region is prepared to sell that message with clarity and confidence.
This is not a traditional training role. We need someone with real field credibility - someone who has personally carried a quota, understands enterprise sales pressure, and can translate strategy into practical, deal-relevant enablement that sellers will use.
The role is based in United States.
Responsibilities:
-Own regional execution of Sales Excellence programs across enablement, AI readiness, sales methodology, discovery, pipeline generation, opportunity progression, forecast discipline, value selling, and deal execution.
-Enable sellers to confidently position Creatio's agentic CRM and workflow platform, including AI agents, no-code automation, CRM for sales, service, and marketing, industry workflows, and Creatio's differentiated value around speed, flexibility, productivity, and ROI.
-Translate Creatio's AI and no-code messaging into practical seller tools, talk tracks, objection handling, discovery questions, demo preparation guidance, and opportunity execution resources.
-Partner with regional sales leaders to identify execution gaps and turn them into targeted enablement programs, field tools, certifications, and reinforcement sessions.
-Support new hire ramp by enabling adoption of Creatio's sales process, MEDDPICC discipline, AI messaging, no-code value proposition, discovery expectations, demo standards, mutual action plans, business case development, and forecast hygiene.
-Create and localize regional enablement content, including playbooks, field guides, talk tracks, AI positioning, competitive messaging, sales motions, certification materials, and practical deal-support resources.
-Facilitate regional enablement sessions with strong seller credibility, executive presence, and the ability to engage AEs, managers, BDRs, SCs, partners, and regional leadership.
-Enable the field to connect Creatio's AI capabilities to measurable customer outcomes, including increased seller productivity, faster lead response, reduced manual effort, faster implementation, improved customer engagement, and stronger operational efficiency.
-Measure enablement impact through ramp progress, certification completion, pipeline quality, forecast hygiene, sales process adoption, seller engagement, and revenue-related outcomes.
-Act as a trusted regional partner to the field while ensuring global Sales Excellence standards are consistently adopted and reinforced.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience across enterprise sales, sales enablement, revenue enablement, field readiness, GTM transformation, or sales productivity.
-Prior quota-carrying sales experience required. This person must have carried a bag and understand enterprise selling from direct experience.
-Strong understanding of AI in enterprise software, including the ability to explain AI agents, agentic workflows, customer value, business outcomes, adoption considerations, and common objections in a clear and commercially relevant way.
-Experience supporting SaaS, CRM, no-code, low-code, workflow automation, AI, or enterprise software sales teams.
-Strong knowledge of enterprise sales methodology, including discovery, qualification, MEDDPICC, value selling, business case development, mutual action plans, pipeline generation, opportunity progression, and forecast discipline.
-Ability to build enablement that is practical, measurable, field-relevant, and adopted by sellers.
-Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage sellers, managers, partners, and regional leadership.
-Ability to simplify complex platform, AI, and no-code concepts into clear seller-ready messaging and execution guidance.
-Spanish language capability is a strong plus, especially for supporting LATAM field teams and regional enablement needs.
