About the Opportunity:
Support inside sales to serve customers and grow sales by effectively managing domestic and export administrative functions. Responsibilities may include coordinating export documentation from preparation to final submission and closure, coordinating with service centers and freight forwarders to ensure shipments are managed in a timely manner and communicating with internal and external customers. This role supports the Inside Sales team in their day-to-day activities and assists with customer service.
Qualifications (Required & Preferred):
Education: Associates Degree in Business or Equivalent Experience (R); B.S./B.A. Degree (P)
Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in an inside sales or business-related role (P)
Areas of Knowledge: Business (R), Domestic and/or International Sales (P), Customer Relations Management Systems (P), Export Documentation and Standard Practices (P), Logistics (P)

Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls and online inquiries, determine customer's needs, and assist or forward to proper person/department.

  • Assist inside sales with contract review, quote entry, and matching and filing shipping documents when required.
  • Add/Maintain new customer information in AX and Creatio (CRM).
  • Track all RMA's in Creatio.
  • Support audit requests and work cross functionally to support needs.
