Capgemini is seeking a Food & Beverage Commercialization Lead to help clients accelerate growth, optimize commercialization strategies, and transform how products are brought to market across retail, foodservice, and eCommerce channels. This role sits at the intersection of industry consulting, data-driven insights, and business transformation, helping leading CPG, foodservice, and retail clients translate consumer, shopper, and market signals into scalable commercial strategies that drive growth and competitive advantage. The role also supports innovation, AI-driven commercialization, and strategic client engagements.
Your Role
  • Lead the development of commercialization strategies across pricing, assortment, merchandising, and activation
  • Translate consumer, shopper, and category insights into actionable business recommendations
  • Support end-to-end go-to-market strategies, including omnichannel and eCommerce models
  • Apply category management and analytics tools to identify growth opportunities and performance drivers
  • Partner with client stakeholders to define business problems, structure analyses, and deliver executive-ready insights
  • Facilitate workshops and drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, and supply chain teams
  • Support joint business planning (JBP) and customer strategy initiatives with retail and foodservice partners
  • Assess and align solution capabilities with client needs to ensure effective fit
  • Contribute to RFP responses with high-quality, compelling proposals
  • Support innovation commercialization including launch strategy, assortment planning, and activation
  • Leverage AI and analytics-driven solutions to optimize commercialization outcomes

Your Skills and Experience
  • Bachelors Degree (MBA or equivalent advanced degree)
  • 8-15 years of experience in CPG, food & beverage, retail, or consulting environments
  • Strong experience in category strategy, commercialization, or sales strategy
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights for decision-making
  • Experience supporting go-to-market and revenue growth initiatives
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and deliver structured, executive-level recommendations
  • Food & beverage or broader CPG sector expertise
  • Exposure to retail, foodservice, and/or eCommerce channels
  • Experience in joint business planning (JBP) and customer strategy
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled or advanced analytics-driven commercialization

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $98,497 - $210,000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
