Are you up for the opportunity of a lifetime? If so, we are seeking a Sales Director who will manage a book of business in beauty product and packaging sales.  This role reports to Jansy's Chief Marketing Officer.

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Hit and exceed yearly sales goals
  • Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of project managers, operational professionals, and a network of world class manufacturing partners
  • Proactively research the beauty and wellness market to identify, target, and close new opportunities
  • Grow and manage existing accounts
  • Develop and implement new sales strategies in the rapidly evolving environment
  • Develop and build relationships with key decision makers within brands
  • Work in a team environment, collaborating with other sales team members, operations team, product, research, and marketing departments
  • Fulfill employee portion of the Berlin Values by demonstrating a strong work ethic, teamwork, loyalty, innovation, productivity, and driving profitable results  

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • College degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
  • 3 years' experience in sales required, with a proven track record in beauty product and packaging industry
  • Must be a self-starter, determined, resilient, and tenacious and also able to work as part of a dynamic team
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and present compelling proposals aligned to customer's needs
  • Previous experience juggling multiple deadlines
  • Proficient at MS Office Suite
  • Highly organized
  • Calm demeanor in stressful situations
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communications
  • Able to travel at least 10%

Working Environment:

  • This is a hybrid position, requiring frequent travel for in-person client visits and occasional travel to company offices for business meetings and training.
