***Please note, applicants must be located within commuting distance to Portsmouth, NH.  This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office***


Momenta is a fast-growing, design-led CPG company bringing innovative arts & crafts products to major retailers including Walmart, Michaels, Office Depot, and Hobby Lobby.


We are looking for a Director of Operations & Supply Chain to lead our global supply chain - from factory to customer - and build a scalable, reliable operation as we grow.


Responcibilities

  • End-to-end supply chain: factory,  freight, 3PL, customer delivery
  • Direct coordination with overseas factories (primarily Asia-based)
  • Ocean/air freight, customs, and import processes
  • Retail compliance (Walmart, Target, etc.) -  labeling, routing, execution
  • 3PL management and warehouse performance
  • Operational processes, SOPs, and execution discipline

  • Reliable factory and freight timelines
  • Scalable, repeatable operational processes


Candidate Background & Experience

  • 10+ years in supply chain, operations, or logistics 
  • CPG experience is required
  • Experience with major retailers and compliance requirements is required
  • Experience working with overseas manufacturing 
  • Knowledge of freight, customs, and import processes
  • Process-driven leader who can build structure and accountability

Although we offer flexible schedules, we believe it is important to work together in the office. As such, this is an in person position located at our historic Portsmouth, NH office just blocks from downtown with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office (other days can be remote).
