Job Number: R0241088 DSCA II Course Instructor The Opportunity: The Army requires Subject Matter Expert (SME) and full time equivalent (FTE) instructors to assist military and government Service personnel in the planning, coordination, synchronization, and execution of live, virtual, and constructive training. Classroom training events as well as individual and collective training support programs designed to prepare key leaders, individuals, units, and staff or headquarters elements to perform their mission, successfully plan, coordinate, and execute operations according to established principles. As a trainer on our team, you'll provide platform instruction and facilitated discussion that meets or exceeds all standards issued or published by NORTHCOM. You'll showcase your technical expertise and industry knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. Be empowered to tap into your experience to manage and deliver training to create learning objectives, ensuring a variety of learning styles for learner's needs. Use training materials, resources, media, technology, and delivery to cultivate a learning environment that actively promotes learner engagement. The world can't wait. You Have: * 3+ years of experience with DSCA operations at the JTF or Defense Coordinating Element level
* 2+ years of experience in military classroom instruction
* Experience serving as a DSCA Instructor
* Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
* Secret clearance
* HS diploma or GED
* ARNORTH instructor Certification Nice If You Have: * Experience working in a Joint Headquarters environment
* Knowledge of US Army Transformation Initiative
* Top Secret clearance
* Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree a plus
* DSCA level I and II Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
