This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Oregon, offering flexibility in your work-life balance. You will be utilizing a secure telehealth platform that facilitates virtual therapy sessions, enabling you to connect closely with your clients while maintaining their privacy and comfort. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, providing therapeutic support tailored to their unique needs.
• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each session in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and participate in team meetings to enhance skills and contribute to treatment discussions.
• Manage and schedule your caseload effectively, with the option to adjust your hours to accommodate both part-time and full-time needs.

In this role, you will support a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health issues. Our clients often seek help for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and behavioral concerns. You will play a crucial role in their journey toward healing, providing support that is both empathetic and professional.

• Bachelor's Degree in Counseling or a related field is required; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.
• Active and unrestricted Oregon licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Demonstrated strong clinical skills in conducting individual, couple, and family therapy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on creating a safe environment for clients to express themselves.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing client information efficiently.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in counseling or therapy, with proven success in managing various mental health conditions.
• Experience working with a diverse clientele and cultural sensitivity in approach.
• Advanced training in specific therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. This includes:
