This position is uniquely structured for remote work, allowing counselors to connect with clients via a telehealth platform. You will have the tools and resources necessary to conduct your sessions effectively from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice, leveraging technology to maintain high-quality therapeutic practices.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health concerns, developing accurate clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Deliver individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute mental health distress, ensuring their safety and facilitating timely access to necessary resources.
• Document and maintain thorough, confidential client records, including treatment logs and progress notes, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including social workers and psychiatrists, to ensure holistic care for each client.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their needs appropriately.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops to remain informed of best practices in mental health therapy.

You will work with a varied demographic, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. An empathetic and culturally competent approach is essential to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that all clients feel understood and supported in their journey toward healing and growth.

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in California.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Exceptional clinical assessment skills, with a strong capability in diagnosing and formulating therapeutic strategies.
• A minimum of two years of related experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating effective therapeutic interventions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities that foster trust and understanding with clients.
• Proficient at working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team dynamic.
• A commitment to uphold the highest ethical standards in practice and client interactions.

• Experience in a clinical setting providing therapy via telehealth formats.
• Advanced training in specialized therapeutic approaches or therapeutic modalities.

This position offers a salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
