Job description

Wonderful couple are seeking an exceptional Property Manager / Caregiver to assist in full oversight of their oceanfront property. This position is full time and reports directly to the Principals.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in homes and have hands on garden and handyman skills. Prior caregiving experience would be a plus.
The ideal candidate is well presented, detail-oriented and pleasant with excellent time management skills and a deep knowledge of garden and exterior maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Personal Assistant Duties: Provide administrative support, manage schedules appointments for the principals.
- Property Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the household and grounds, provision and inventory of supplies.
- Pool and Landscape Oversight: Supervise maintenance of the pool and landscaping, liaise with service providers to ensure high standards are met.
- Car Maintenance: Oversee regular maintenance and cleaning of vehicles, coordinate repairs and service appointments.
- Event Planning: Organize and execute private events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and guest management.
- Guest Services: Meet and greet guests at the airport, ensure a welcoming and seamless experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management and personal assistance roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Flexibility with working hours and availability.
General schedule is Monday to Friday, occasional flexibility required.
