A Seasonal Couple job is a temporary position designed for two people, often a couple, who work together at a business or property during a specific season. These jobs are common in hospitality, tourism, agriculture, and estate management, where employers seek a team that can share responsibilities. What are the typical responsibilities and work schedules for a seasonal couple?

Seasonal Couple positions often involve a combination of guest services, housekeeping, light maintenance, and property oversight, depending on the employer and location. Daily routines may include welcoming guests, cleaning accommodations, performing minor repairs, and handling reservations or basic administrative tasks. Couples are often provided with on-site accommodation as part of their compensation, allowing them to respond quickly to guest needs and emergencies. This arrangement makes teamwork, reliability, and adaptability especially important to succeed in the role.
