• Conduct thorough initial evaluations with new and existing clients to gain an understanding of their needs, concerns, and history.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring continuous assessment and adjustment to meet client objectives.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in various formats, including individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing modern techniques to foster client engagement.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and participate in professional development training to refine your skills and remain informed about the latest treatment modalities.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines, confidentiality protocols, and organizational policies to maintain the integrity and trust within the therapeutic relationship.

The primary focus of your therapeutic practice will involve a diverse array of clients seeking assistance with relationship issues, life transitions, mental health challenges, and family dynamics. You will work closely with individuals and families facing various stressors, including but not limited to grief, anxiety, depression, and conflict resolution. Your approach will emphasize creating a safe and supportive environment that empowers clients to explore and express their feelings.

• A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
• An active, independent professional license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Oregon, allowing you to practice without supervision.
• A minimum of two years of experience working in a therapeutic setting, with a proven track record of care planning and implementation.
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in a virtual care environment, to facilitate effective therapy sessions.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and navigating associated technology for remote therapy delivery.

• Experience utilizing specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Family Systems Therapy is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in a community health environment or clinic setting, with an emphasis on client-centered care.
• Familiarity with documentation and billing processes for health services, particularly in remote settings.
