Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their unique needs and challenges, crafting individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to various client scenarios, enhancing the effectiveness of therapy sessions through thoughtful interventions.
• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions, ensuring effective communication and rapport building in a digital environment.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development to refine skills and stay abreast of best practices in marriage and family therapy.
• Uphold ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Use digital platforms effectively to document therapy sessions and track client progress, ensuring seamless continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics that require expert support. Our approach focuses on fostering healthy relationships and aiding clients in navigating life transitions, encouraging them to find constructive solutions and coping strategies.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid Oregon license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, confirming your qualifications to practice independently.
• Demonstrated expertise in therapy and treatment planning, with an emphasis on evidence-based practices.
• Outstanding communication skills, especially suited for virtual care delivery.
• Adept at utilizing digital tools and platforms for therapy and documentation.

Preferred Experience

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of direct therapy experience, showcasing a strong background in handling various client concerns, including but not limited to marital issues, adolescent challenges, and family therapy. Proficiency with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) will be considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our robust benefits package includes:
