• Conduct initial assessments with clients to understand their mental health needs, concerns, and goals.
• Create comprehensive and tailored treatment plans that address the specific issues of individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic techniques that resonate with clients, ensuring a safe and approachable atmosphere.
• Maintain detailed and professional documentation of each session, adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards for mental health professionals.

As an LMFT, you will have the privilege of working with diverse clients facing challenges related to relationship dynamics, family issues, anxiety, depression, and various life transitions. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A current Oregon LMFT license (or LPC or LCSW) is essential to engage in therapeutic practice within the state.
• Proficiency in using remote counseling platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients swiftly and effectively.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing therapy to individuals and families is required.
• Experience with specialized therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Emotionally Focused Therapy, is preferred.
• Demonstrated capacity to adapt therapeutic approaches based on client needs and feedback, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
