• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' mental health statuses, needs, and treatment goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with best practices and client preferences.
• Provide ongoing mental health counseling through virtual platforms, establishing therapeutic relationships that enhance trust and cooperation.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions in individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on clients' unique circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using the Simple Practice platform, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

The clients you will serve at Medallion Mental Wellness Center include adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing a range of mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to help individuals cope with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns, providing the support necessary for them to flourish. • A master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.
• State licensure as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is required.
• Two or more years of experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy.
• Demonstrated ability in treatment planning and providing mental health counseling services.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, adept in virtual interactions with clients.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and a comfortable approach to conducting virtual appointments.

• Experience working in remote or telehealth counseling settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities and approaches for diverse client populations.
