Lakeside Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team. This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a supportive and engaged team. Our telehealth facility is equipped with the latest technology to facilitate seamless virtual counseling sessions, including secure video conferencing and electronic health record systems to maintain confidentiality and streamline documentation. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify and diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders using validated assessment tools.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs and therapeutic goals, incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate individual, couple, and group counseling sessions via telehealth, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to engage clients effectively.
• Teach clients essential coping mechanisms and self-care techniques, empowering them to manage their mental health independently.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changing needs or obstacles.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential records of clients’ treatment journeys in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Your clients will include individuals from various backgrounds experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, and other mental health challenges. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.
• Proficient experience in delivering individual, couple, and group therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.
• A non-judgmental and empathetic approach towards counseling, with a focus on empowering clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate clients' varying needs.

• Experience with telehealth service delivery and familiarity with relevant technology platforms.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Prior experience working with underserved populations or knowledge of community resources in Portland, Oregon.

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and USD 90,000, commensurate with experience and the caseload you manage. We also ensure that you have access to a steady stream of client referrals and recommendations, further enhancing your potential for income growth. With our in-house support for billing and documentation, we aim to reduce your administrative workload, allowing you to focus on delivering quality care to your clients.
