Target Responsibilities:

Sell outdoor power equipment parts to customers calling or walking into the store. 

Fill parts requests for the service techs which includes ordering parts.

Participate in rolling inventory checks.

Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.

Customer Service - Manage difficult or emotional customer situations.

Respond promptly to customer needs.

Solicit customer feedback to improve service.

Respond to requests for service and assistance.

Prepare sales slip or sales contract.

Receive payments, make proper change, and wrap or bag merchandise for customer.

Receive and fill telephone orders for parts

Keep parts room and show room clean & free of clutter

Help wherever needed in show room.
