- SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE
- The Cycle Counter is responsible for accurately counting, recording, and verifying the materials and tracking inventory within the warehouse. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks. Responsibilities include conducting physical counts of stock, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records in the inventory system. The Cycle Counter must also possess good communication skills to coordinate with production and inventory management personnel.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain and track inventory of cycles and accessories
- Monitor and ensure the safety of cyclists
- Provide customer service and handle sales transactions
- Assist in resolving customer complaints
- Other duties may be assigned

- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills

- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with cycle counters
- Skilled in the use of mechanical and electrical hand tools
- Knowledge of cycle counter specifications
- Familiarity with safety regulations

- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

- POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
- This is a full-time position. The base days and hours are Monday through Friday, eight (8) hours per day depending on shift assigned.

- No travel is expected for this position.
- REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Two years of working experience with the role of a lead in a manufacturing environment.
