At Sweet Treets Bakery, we don't just bake cakes, we create memories. Since 2010, our woman-owned bakery nestled in Oak Hill has been delighting Austin with show-stopping wedding cakes, playful celebration creations, and unforgettable flavors. With new ownership in 2025, we're bringing fresh energy to our mission while staying true to the artistry and class that make Sweet Treets special. We're launching our new coffee program, partnering with a local roastery to bring Austin an even more elevated experience.

What You'll Do


As our Guest Experience & Coffee Associate, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes customers and ensures their Sweet Treets experience is nothing short of exceptional. You'll take charge of the front counter, assist with customer orders, and keep things running smoothly during busy rushes. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:


  • Greet customers with a warm, friendly demeanor and assist with their orders
  • Operate our Square POS and Ordering system to efficiently to process transactions
  • Serve coffee and beverages with barista-level skill and care
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house area
  • Help manage the flow of orders and ensure timely service during peak hours
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations about our products to help customers find their perfect treat
  • Be a calm and steady presence, even during the busiest moments


What You'll Need


  • At least 1 year of front counter or retail customer service experience
  • Coffee/barista experience (you know your way around an espresso machine!)
  • Familiarity with Square or similar POS systems
  • The ability to stand for multiple hours at a time and lift up to 50 lbs with ease
  • A friendly, outgoing personality and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to excellence
  • Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday
