About the Role:

The Counter Sales position is a customer-facing role focused on delivering exceptional service and support to clients visiting the sales counter. The primary goal is to assist customers in selecting products, answering inquiries, and processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous HVAC experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Basic proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
