Counter Sales Representative – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

We are looking for a Bilingual Counter Sales Representative to assist walk-in customers, manage sales orders, and provide support to clients in the steel and rebar industry. The ideal candidate speaks fluent English and Spanish and has basic experience in customer service or sales, preferably in construction materials or hardware.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Attend customers at the sales counter.
  • Provide product information and prepare simple quotes.
  • Process orders and follow up on deliveries.
  • Call clients to follow up on sales or recover inactive accounts.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and customization teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (hardware or construction materials preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of steel products (rebar, sheets, cuts, bends, etc.) is a plus.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Excel, and CRM tools.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (native English preferred).
