At Body Jewel, we’ve been helping our customers express themselves with premium jewelry and expert body piercings for over 20 years. With locations in Columbus, Dayton, and Cleveland, Ohio, we pride ourselves on combining creativity, professionalism, and top-notch service. Now, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our team as a Front Counter Specialist!
As a Front Counter Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, setting the tone for their experience. Whether it’s helping someone select the perfect piece of jewelry, answering questions about our services, or ensuring smooth transactions, you’ll play an essential role in making every visit to Body Jewel exceptional.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Welcoming customers with a warm and professional demeanor. - Assisting customers in selecting jewelry that fits their style and needs. - Answering questions about our products, piercing services, and aftercare. - Managing transactions efficiently and accurately at the front counter. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. - Supporting the team to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
We’re excited to meet candidates who: - Have a friendly, approachable personality and excellent communication skills. - Are passionate about jewelry, fashion, or self-expression. - Are detail-oriented and able to handle transactions with accuracy. - Can work well in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. - No prior experience?
