Job Title: Business Analyst – COTS Implementation 13+ yrs Exp

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Qualifications:
  • Experience conducting requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documenting functional and technical requirements to support system design, development, and implementation.
  • Experience testing releases for statewide enterprise IT systems, including test execution, defect identification, defect reporting, and validation of issue resolution.
  • Experience serving as a government employee or public/private sector consultant with hands-on involvement in government grantmaking programs, processes, and system implementations.
  • Experience configuring, implementing, and deploying Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) grant management solutions to meet business and program requirements.
  • Experience working with enterprise statewide financial systems, including integration with financial processes, reporting, and grant-related transactions.
