Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) - Emergency & Specialty Veterinary Hospital
$19.00-$21.00 per hour based on experience

Join a busy 24/7 Emergency & Specialty Veterinary Hospital where you'll play a critical role supporting pet owners, veterinary specialists, and emergency care teams while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Pet Emergency & Referral Center (PERC) is seeking an experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our growing team. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy helping people during important moments, and excel at multitasking, we'd love to meet you.
Schedule:
  • Four 9-hour shifts per week
  • Shift options include 6:00am-3:00pm, 9:00am-6:00pm, or 11:00am-8:00pm
  • Rotating weekends and holidays required
  • Weekly schedule will vary between 3-5 days per week, not to exceed 40 hours

Compensation: $19.00-$21.00 per hour based on experience

What You'll Do:
As a Veterinary Client Service Representative, you will:
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and referral partners
• Manage a busy multi-line phone system
• Schedule appointments across multiple specialty and emergency departments
• Check clients and patients in and out efficiently and accurately
• Coordinate medical records and communication with referring veterinary hospitals
• Serve as a liaison between clients and medical teams
• Support pet owners during emotional and stressful situations with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain accurate client and patient information within hospital systems
• Assist with administrative and front desk operations as needed

• 2+ years of veterinary client service, veterinary reception, hospitality, or customer service experience
• Experience handling high-volume phone calls and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
