Employment Type: Full-Time

34โ€“40 hours per week within business hours: Mondayโ€“Tuesday 8 AMโ€“6 PM, Wednesdayโ€“Thursday 8 AMโ€“4 PM, Friday 8 AMโ€“2 PM. No weekends currently.

Location: Dermatology & Aesthetics Lakeview. 3245 N Halsted Ave. In the heart of Boystown, just blocks from the red line with easy bus access.

$23.00-$27.00, based on experience

Position Overview
As a Cosmetic Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the growth of our cosmetic services while helping patients feel confident and cared for throughout their cosmetic journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate patients on cosmetic services and products
  • Coordinate cosmetic consultations and treatment schedules
  • Provide treatment quotes and discuss packages or promotions in coordination with the provider
  • Support providers with cosmetic patient follow-up and communication
  • Help promote cosmetic services through sales skills and in-office initiatives
  • Assist with tracking, organizing, and maintaining cosmetic and product inventory to ensure adequate stock levels

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical spa setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cosmetic procedures, skincare products, and laser treatments.
