The Manager,ย Northย Americaย Brand Marketingย is responsible forย leading the day-to-day planning and execution of launches, category initiatives, and brand moments across North America. This role translates category strategy into actionable go-to-market plans that drive both brand desirability and end-to-endย commercial performance.ย 

Acting as a key cross-functional leader, this individual will coordinate across Marketing, Trade, Sales, PR, Events, Creative, DTC, and Visual Merchandising to ensure launches are delivered with excellence, aligned to business objectives, and executed consistently across all consumer touchpoints.ย 

This role is ideal for a highly organized, strategic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about luxury beauty, integrated marketing, and bringing compelling brand stories to life.ย 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead day-to-day planning and execution of launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives acrossย North America marketingย ย 
  • Support execution of culturally relevant brand moments that drive awareness, engagement, and conversionย ย 
  • Serve as the primary working-level partner across Integrated Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, PR/Communications, Events, DTC, Creative, and Visual Merchandisingย ย 
  • Drive alignment across teams to ensure plans are delivered on time and with excellenceย ย 
  • Lead regular cross-functional meetings, status updates, and launch readiness reviewsย ย 
  • Manage launch calendars, milestone tracking, and key deliverablesย ย 
  • Monitor category and launch performance againstย objectivesย and KPIsย ย 
  • Analyze sales trends, launch performance, and competitive activity toย identifyย opportunities and recommendationsย ย 
  • Develop post-launch recaps and performance summaries that inform future strategiesย ย 
  • Ensure all activations and consumer touchpoints reflect Hourglass' luxury positioning and brand standardsย ย 
  • Maintain consistency across channels while adapting plans to meet North America market needs

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsย ย 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environmentย ย 
  • Passion for beauty, luxury brands, and consumerย marketingย 
  • Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time

The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $98,000 per year. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.

This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
