Job description

We are partnering with a rapidly growing and highly recognized company within the beauty and skincare industry that has built an impressive presence across both retail and wholesale channels. Over the years, the organization has established a loyal customer base through a combination of high-quality products, strong branding, and consistent market expansion. Their products have developed a strong following in a competitive space, and the company continues to invest heavily in sales growth, customer acquisition, and long-term distribution partnerships.

As the business continues to scale, they are looking to bring on an ambitious and energetic Field Account Executive - Cosmetics & Skincare to help drive the next phase of expansion. The company operates in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where strong performers are given real opportunities to grow, contribute ideas, and make a measurable impact on revenue. Leadership is highly involved, collaborative, and focused on building a high-performing sales culture centered around relationship-building, persistence, and execution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of a growing organization where individual effort directly influences success.

This role is ideal for a motivated salesperson who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing business. The position combines account management with active business development, giving the right candidate the opportunity to inherit existing accounts while also aggressively pursuing new business opportunities through trade shows, outbound outreach, and in-person sales efforts. The Field Account Executive - Cosmetics & Skincare will be expected to operate both in-office and in the field, acting as a key representative of the brand across multiple customer touchpoints.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands how to create momentum through consistent outreach, face-to-face interaction, and strong follow-up. This is not a passive account management role - the company is looking for someone hungry to grow business, open doors, and actively represent the brand in the marketplace. When not traveling for trade shows or client visits, the role is based in-office and highly collaborative.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts
  • Develop new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts and prospecting
  • Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and conferences to generate leads and build partnerships
  • Conduct in-person sales visits and door-to-door outreach to retailers, distributors, and potential partners
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities to increase sales volume
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding product offerings, promotions, and new launches
  • Work closely with leadership to develop sales strategies and market expansion initiatives
  • Track sales activity, pipeline updates, and customer interactions within CRM systems or internal reporting tools
  • Represent the company professionally in both office and field settings
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and growth expectations
Qualifications
  • Prior sales experience required
  • Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, CPG, wholesale, retail, or related industries is strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable with both inside and outside sales responsibilities
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows, client meetings, and business development activities
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong client relationships
  • Comfortable working in an in-office environment
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
  • Base salary of $80,000
  • Opportunity for additional earnings tied to sales performance and business growth
  • Long-term growth potential within an expanding company
  • Exposure to a growing and highly active industry with strong market demand
