Position Title: Manager, Corporate Strategy (M2)

Role
The Manager, Corporate Strategy plays a key role in driving enterprise value creation by helping shape and execute the company's strategic priorities. Reporting to the VP, Chief of Staff, this highly analytical leader will partner with executive leadership to identify and evaluate growth opportunities, improve business performance, develop actionable strategic plans, and track execution against key objectives.
This role serves as an internal consultant across the organization, leading analyses related to organic revenue growth, customer expansion, new product and service opportunities, operational efficiency, cost optimization, competitive positioning, and long-term value creation. The Manager will transform insights into actionable recommendations and work cross-functionally to ensure strategic initiatives are successfully implemented and achieve measurable results.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong financial and analytical capabilities, executive presence, and the ability to influence leaders across a complex, publicly traded infrastructure business.
Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Execution
  • Support the development and ongoing refinement of the company's corporate strategy and long-range plans.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and monitor progress against goals.
  • Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions, annual operating planning activities, and executive strategy reviews.

Growth Strategy
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to accelerate organic growth across existing and emerging markets.
  • Assess opportunities to deepen customer relationships, increase share of wallet, and expand utilization of company assets and services.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Develop recommendations for new products, services, and business models that support long-term revenue growth.
  • Conduct market sizing, opportunity assessments, and customer segmentation analyses.

Business Performance & Cost Optimization
  • Identify opportunities to improve operating performance, increase efficiency, and reduce costs across the enterprise.
  • Lead analyses focused on productivity improvements, process optimization, and resource allocation.
  • Develop business cases supporting cost savings initiatives and capital investment decisions.
  • Establish measurement frameworks to track financial and operational benefits from strategic initiatives.

Strategic Analysis & Executive Insights
  • Conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analyses using financial, operational, customer, and market data.
  • Develop executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and recommendations for senior leadership and Board-level discussions.
  • Evaluate strategic scenarios, risks, and alternatives to support informed decision-making.
  • Benchmark company performance against competitors and industry best practices.

Leadership & Talent Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a Senior Strategy Analyst.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, analytical rigor, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance on analytical methodologies, financial modeling, and strategic problem-solving approaches.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Strategy, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, strategic planning, corporate development, business analysis, finance, or related disciplines.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and driving execution through cross-functional teams.
  • Strong financial modeling, business case development, and quantitative analysis skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience preparing materials for executive leadership and senior decision-makers.
  • Proven project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members.

Preferred
  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Experience within telecommunications, digital infrastructure, wireless, fiber, real estate, utilities, or other capital-intensive industries.
  • Background in management consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or corporate strategy.
  • Experience supporting strategy development for a publicly traded company.
  • Familiarity with evaluating new products, market expansion opportunities, and strategic investments.

To optimize collaboration, relationship building, and key stakeholder engagement, this roles aligns to a 4:1 hybrid model which is in office Monday-Thursday with the option for remote work on Fridays.

Compensation
The salary range offered for this position is $107120 - $147290 annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
