Illinois | Full-Time | Direct Hire
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 + Benefits
LHH Legal is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal for a direct-hire opportunity in Illinois. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with experience supporting corporate governance, business entity management, compliance, and transactional matters.
Responsibilities
  • Manage corporate entity formations, amendments, qualifications, and dissolutions.
  • Maintain minute books, corporate records, and governance documentation.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and transactional matters.
  • Coordinate due diligence efforts and manage closing documentation.
  • Prepare and file UCC financing statements and related corporate filings.
  • Assist with regulatory compliance and corporate maintenance requirements.
  • Conduct research related to corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience.
  • Experience supporting corporate transactions and entity management.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with M&A, due diligence, and transactional support preferred.
  • Familiarity with Carta and CTA filings is a plus.
