Job description

This position is multi-company in responsibilities, including but not limited to:ย ย ย ย ย 

  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Answer telephone and direct calls professionally and appropriately
  • Take and relay messages
  • Greet persons entering organization
  • Direct persons to correct destination
  • Handle requests for information and data
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails as needed
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors as needed
  • Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules as needed
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization when necessary
  • General administrative and clerical support. Computer usage and data entry.
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers,ย  co-workers and suppliers
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
  • Any other duties assigned by management necessary to fulfill the companyโ€™sย needs.
  • High school diploma generally required
