Job description

Notes:
Data Entry for HR systems
They use ServiceNow for ticketing
ADP Enterprise Version 6 is what they are using (nice to have)
Duties they will be doing:
Transferring people to different location
Historical changes within the system
They have over 1000 users that they are supporting
Assisting in audits to make sure the data is accurate in the system
Working with confidential personal information (SS numbers etc)
Reviewing the documentation for the information already created
PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for managing/processing a high volume of Tier I end user support requests related to Hyatt's North America core HR and Payroll system. Primary duties will consist of managing the support team's ticketing queue, triaging requests appropriately, and processing a variety of Tier I requests such as historical data changes, transfers/rehires, and employee tax changes. Candidate will need to evaluate, prioritize and respond to end user inquiries in a timely and accurate manner and ensure that downstream systems (such as Time and Attendance, Learning, and Identify Management) are notified of changes when appropriate.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide the highest level of service to customer base
• Maintain confidentiality with internal HR teams
• Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 1 year HR functional experience or support experience
• Strong organization, writing, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to self-direct work, effectively multi-task, manage time, and meet deadlines
• Quick learner and highly adaptable
PREFERRED SKILLS:
• ADP Enterprise experience
• Case tracking system experience preferred (e.g. ServiceNow)
• Knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand or other SaaS solutions
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED required
