Control Panels USA is seeking Tag Associate to join our growing team. Tag Associate - Georgetown, Tx will work to support the production and facility by providing the necessary signs and label needed for custom panels and other projects assigned. This sign and label maker will bring their knowledge and creativity to ensure to create labels for customer control panels. The support and collaboration of the sign and label maker will ensure the quality and robust signs and labels needed for customer projects.

Our regular work schedule is M-F 8AM-4:30PM with some overtime opportunities as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Effectively use laser engraving programming software
  • Understand and execute a set of specified instructions.
  • Execute proper start-up and shutdown of machine.
  • Retrieve proper size sheets of phenolic tags.
  • Evaluate, correct, and take actions necessary to prevent external quality (size & defects) issues.
  • Detect any irregularity which may cause defective product either through laser consumables or fixtures.
  • Remove cut parts and scrap parts.
  • Place parts on skids per job order.
  • Complete all paperwork required for each job run through laser.
  • Follow all safety procedures while reporting any safety issues to the supervisor.
  • Always keep the work area clean.
  • Other duties assigned.

  • 1+ COREL DRAW/CAD experience a plus.

  • Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
  • Must have good computer skills.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
