We are seeking a Project Coordinator whose primary goal will be to acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Project Coordinators are responsible for converting leads into clients, supporting successful order placements, and resolving client issues efficiently.

The role of Project Coordinator requires a hardworking, organized individual with exceptional multitasking abilities and a positive attitude. This role demands exceptional communication skills with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support clients throughout the online ordering process
  • Review client artwork to ensure it meets suggested guidelines
  • Use Zendesk to manage incoming communication with customers
  • Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments
  • Assist clients with any issues that arise
  • Process sample pack requests
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and demonstrate a willingness to learn production processes and procedures to provide informed support
  • Reach out to potential leads to showcase our offerings and convert them into long-term customers
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned
