Job Description

Title: SAP CRM- Service Modules

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Duration: Long Term

Description:

At least 7 to 9 years of SAP CRM Service consulting experience

Team member for at least ONE full life cycle SAP PM/CS or SD and ONE CRM Service Implementation

Support Lead for SAP CRM Service. Address and resolve help desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner, providing hands on user support as needed

Heavy hands on experience with various CRM application areas such as: Installed Base, Service Contract/Service order Management/Warranty Management/Case management/Interaction Center & RPA /Field Application (Mobile)/ Analytics

Knowledge of ASAP methodology/SOLMAN & Exposure/knowledge to SAP's Best Practices

Interpersonal skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation/ leadership skills (oral and written)

Ability to work independently, guide clients, understand business processes and work cohesively with project / support team members.

Design, implement and configure minor to major functionalities in SAP CRM Service

Willingness to work both in production support and change requests / implementations as needed

CRM Middleware knowledge /exposure is added plus.

Work with CRM, Supply Chain and Finance data owners to fix data issues or to re assign responsibilities

Expertise:

Hands on experience on latest releases: CRM 7.0

Extensive previous CRM Service configuration experience

Previous implementation experience with semiconductor industries is a BIG PLUS

Prior Big 5 consulting experience

Certifications in SAP CRM Service
