Job description

Marburger Farm Dairy, a family-owned business with a proud tradition since 1938, is dedicated to producing high-quality local dairy products and delivering outstanding customer service. As a Cooler Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cooler and warehouse, helping to maintain product quality, organization, and efficient distribution. This position offers hands-on experience in a supportive team environment, with comprehensive on-the-job training provided. Responsibilities
  • Stack milk crates up to 7 cases high to ensure efficient use of cooler space
  • Push and pull crates stacked 7 high (approximately 210 lbs) as part of daily load-outs
  • Rotate and properly store all incoming products to maintain freshness and quality
  • Move and organize pallets using an electric pallet jack for streamlined operations
  • Assist with buttermilk production and manage load-outs as needed
  • Order products to maintain adequate inventory levels
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary cooler by scrubbing floors and walls regularly
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
Qualifications
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work safely and consistently, including frequent lifting (30–90 lbs), carrying (30 lbs), and pushing/pulling (up to 210 lbs)
  • Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (38–40°F) for extended periods
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Previous experience in cooler, warehouse, or dairy operations is a plus, but not required
