We're looking for a highly organized and proactive CRO Executive to support our Conversion Rate Optimization team in delivering exceptional results for leading eCommerce brands.
This role sits at the intersection of project coordination, client communication, experimentation, and optimization. You'll work closely with Senior CRO Consultants, designers, developers, and clients to help keep optimization programs running smoothly and efficiently.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys eCommerce, experimentation, project coordination, and client communication, and wants to build a long-term career in CRO and digital strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support CRO Programs
  • Assist Senior CRO Consultants in managing client optimization programs
  • Coordinate experiment launches with design and development teams
  • Assist with experiment setup and QA
  • Help document optimization opportunities and recommendations
  • Support website enhancement and optimization initiatives

Client Communication
  • Participate in client Slack channels and meetings
  • Coordinate follow-ups, action items, and project updates
  • Ensure client requests are documented and assigned appropriately
  • Maintain clear communication between clients and internal teams

Research & Analysis
  • Conduct competitor and industry research
  • Gather insights from analytics and user behavior tools
  • Support the creation of client presentations, recommendations, and test result summaries

Process & Organization
  • Coordinate cross-functional tasks between CRO, Design, and Development teams
  • Help keep projects on track and moving forward

What Success Looks Like
After 6-12 months, you will:
  • Successfully support multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Become a trusted point of contact for clients and internal teams
  • Help improve the efficiency and execution of client optimization programs
  • Contribute meaningful optimization insights and recommendations
  • Play a key role in helping experiments and initiatives move from idea to launch
