Job description

Job Overview:
Product Manager, Brand Innovation Optimization
We're looking for a Product Manager - Brand Innovation Optimization to join the Marketing Analytics & Intelligence (MA&I) team at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP).
MA&I is a team of product managers, data scientists and data engineers focused on helping KDP better understand consumers and spot growth opportunities through new and novel approaches to data and intelligence.
In this role, you will lead the product development of Brand Innovation Optimization capabilities that use AI (machine learning and generative) and data to help KDP make better innovation decisions by getting in the minds of consumers. You'll help build an always-on view of consumers, occasions, categories, beverages, and trends so teams can make smarter choices about where to place bets for Innovation and R&D.
This is a true 0-to-1 product role. You will shape the vision, roadmap, and success measures for tools that support Innovation and R&D decisions. You'll work closely with engineering, UX, data science, Innovation, Consumer Insights, and R&D to create a seamless intelligence experience that is embedded in the way we work at bringing new products to people.
Responsibilities
  • Set the product vision, roadmap, and success measures for the Brand Innovation Optimization product suite.

  • Lead product work from early discovery through launch, adoption, and ongoing improvement.

  • Learn how Innovation and R&D teams work, where they get stuck, and what they need from a data and intelligence perspective to make decisions.

  • Turn internal customer and business needs into clear product requirements and practical roadmaps for engineering, design, and analytics developers.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage data and analytics to accelerate the end to end process of coming up with and vetting concepts through to developing and distributing the products.

  • Partner with Innovation, Brand, Strategy, and R&D leaders to guide portfolio choices and innovation bets.

  • Influence senior leaders

  • Define the right KPIs, support testing and learning, and make sure insights lead to real decisions.

  • Help teams adopt new tools and ways of working through clear communication, support, and change management.

  • Share progress, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations in a clear and practical way.

Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range: $96,800 - $155,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of product management experience, including releasing software and data products in complex, cross-functional environments.

  • Experience building data, insight, or decision-support products that drive real business value.

  • Strong execution skills, including prioritization, trade-off management, and comfort working through ambiguity.

  • Ability to define roadmaps, requirements, KPIs, and experiments with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both technical and business partners.

  • Experience working closely with data science, data engineering, and business teams.

  • A customer-focused, low-ego, hands-on approach with strong ownership.

  • Familiarity with generative AI, intelligent workflows, or AI-powered product features is a plus.

  • Experience in consumer-packaged goods, innovation, brand, or growth-related work is a plus.

  • Familiar with traditional software and product development practices in an agile environment (sprints, releases, roadmaps).

Nice to Have
  • Experience building internal tools or enterprise products for business users

  • Exposure to AI/ML products or workflow automation

  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-trust environment with a lot of independence

What This Role Is Not
  • Writing code or building advanced statistical models

  • Independently executing complex analyses

  • Operating as an order-taker or project coordinator
