POSITION: Site Operations & Conversion Manager - eCommerce
DEPARTMENT: eCommerce
REPORTS TO: Director of Content Strategy
LOCATION: Clearwater, FL (NOC)
SUMMARY:
The Site Operations & Conversion Manager for eCommerce drives omni-digital revenue and profitability by executing conversion optimization strategies, managing seamless campaign execution, and maintaining high content quality standards across SalonCentric.com and our mobile app. This is a people leadership role, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing talent dedicated to content execution. Process creation, data analysis, and strategy execution are major functions within this role. Additionally, the manager collaborates closely with cross-functional and product management teams to ensure engaging, personalized, and friction-free customer experience. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, passional about growing people, and adept at operating in a fast-paced environment.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Campaign Planning & Content Execution
    • Manage the comprehensive content planning calendar, synthesizing stakeholder inputs to align digital storytelling with business priorities.
    • Translate campaign strategies into monthly wireframes using Figma to map out site updates and user journeys.
    • Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, and Digital Product teams to plan, coordinate, and execute omni-channel campaigns and promotional launches.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization & Performance Analytics
    • Evaluate site and app performance metrics on an ongoing basis to identify user friction points, trends, and growth opportunities.
    • Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations and execute changes needed to improve the digital user journey and drive conversion rates.
    • Conduct rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) audits across site and app environments to ensure flawless customer experience prior to launch.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • People Management: Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, or developing direct reports or junior team members.
  • Mindset & Behaviors: Data-driven, curious, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to navigate ambiguity while prioritizing the customer experience.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Technical & Platform Experience: Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Google Analytics preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred.
