We are seeking a Controller for a specialty contractor that provides services in the Midwest and South Central U.S. This position oversees financial operations, including accurate record-keeping, monthly statements, and system integrations to support efficient project management and growth.   • Anticipate $120,000–$150,000/year + incentives

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and draft monthly financial statements
  • Process payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable with the accounting team
  • Improve integrations between accounting, payroll, and billing platforms
  • Collaborate with project managers on financial progress assessments and forecasts
  • Enhance financial policies and procedures for the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
